Who This is For

The School of Movement and our course work is created for anyone interested in understanding the why and how behind building foundational strength. If you are self motivated and wanting to master skills and acquire body awareness that you’ll carry forever, this is your home. From body weight foundations to functional kettlebell and free weight courses, we believe you don’t need a personal trainer or group classes to meet the strength goals you want to achieve. 

We pride ourselves on instructing each session with easy-to-understand cues and offer how-to video guides so you have a brand new skill set at your disposal for a lifetime of strength.

How to Exercise Good

Every movement matters. This course is a 4 part guide creating a deeper understanding and ability for you to feel great in your body using breath, mobility & stretching, and core work to build your strongest and best feeling foundation.

How to Strength Train: Lv. 1

A 4 part guide on using kettlebells and free weights to build Functional Strength in your body. We’ll create an understanding of how to perform exercises you routinely will see across Movement108 online or in your own programs and workouts in any environment.

  • How to prepare your body for strength training
  • Advanced core work
  • Grips, gear and choosing the right tool for your goals
  • Strength training foundations:
    • Deadlift, Squat, Lunge, Pushups, Overhead Pressing, Rowing, Jumping and Kettlebell Swinging
  • Equipment Required: one or two freeweights or kettlebells.

How to Build Functional Strength Level 2

A 4 part guide in mastering kettlebell skills.
