The School of Movement and our course work is created for anyone interested in understanding the why and how behind building foundational strength. If you are self motivated and wanting to master skills and acquire body awareness that you’ll carry forever, this is your home. From body weight foundations to functional kettlebell and free weight courses, we believe you don’t need a personal trainer or group classes to meet the strength goals you want to achieve.
We pride ourselves on instructing each session with easy-to-understand cues and offer how-to video guides so you have a brand new skill set at your disposal for a lifetime of strength.
